WARNING AGAINST FRAUDSTERS

It has come to the attention of the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) that some unscrupulous individuals are going around asking for money and other favours from individuals and corporate entities with existing or potential business relations with NAPSA, claiming that they have been sent by the Chairman of the NAPSA Board of Trustees when in fact not.

The public is hereby advised to be alert and vigilant as the Chairman of the NAPSA Board of Trustees has not instructed any person(s) to collect financial or material benefits on his behalf from any company or person. The individuals purporting to have been sent by the Board Chairman are clearly criminals and fraudsters with intent to defraud unsuspecting companies and individuals of their hard-earned resources. This matter has since been reported to the Zambian Police who are currently conducting their investigations and the law will take its course on anyone found wanting.

The Authority would like to urge anyone with information relating to this matter to report to the nearest Police Station or the NAPSA Integrity Committee on the toll-free integrity hotline (Tipoffs Anonymous) 5080 or to the NAPSA security department on 0977371620 or 0967812837.
